St. Michael the Archangel Medal
Sancte Michaël Archangele, Defende Nos In Proelio.
A heavy, wearable artifact—a physical anchor to the spiritual realm, and daily armor for the fight.
September 2026's heavy-relief medal is directly inspired by the historic 18th-century polychrome statue housed in the Metropolitan Cathedral of Santiago, Chile. Depicting St. Michael in traditional Roman military cuirass driving his spear into Satan, that Spanish colonial sculpture is now a medal you can wear.
The 3D high-relief sculpt captures the exact, triumphant posture of the Archangel from this awe-inspiring monument, bringing a true piece of international Catholic heritage into your daily life. From the spread of his wings to the tip of his lance driving down the ancient serpent, every contoured edge is deeply sculpted to reflect the triumph of grace over evil.
Framed by the opening petition of Pope Leo XIII's famous prayer—St. Michael The Archangel, Defend Us In Battle—this piece is engineered for the modern Catholic. It is designed to be worn daily as a tangible plea for heavenly protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil, and a constant call to courage and virtue.
